Return and Exchange Policy

At Femme Sequel, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please review our return and exchange policy outlined below:

 

Return Policy:

  • Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
  • Damaged product: If the product you receive is damaged.
  • Customers must initiate the return process within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • We offer a reverse pickup service from your shipping address. In case it’s not available for some pin codes the client will have to self-ship it.
  • The returned and exchange item must be in its original condition, unused and with all tags attached.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning and exchanging the item.

Refund Policy:

  • In the case of a damaged product, the entire amount will be refunded to the customer (unboxing video is must).
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after the damaged product is received and verified.
  • In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product, we're here to assist you promptly. To ensure a smooth resolution process, please report any issues regarding the condition of your product within 24 hours of receiving it.

  • Please note that after the initial 24-hour period, we may not be able to entertain claims regarding damaged products.


Store Credit:

·       All refunds will be processed as vouchers minus the shipping charges (to & from), which will be valid for 20 days from the date of issuance.

 

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchange is valid for size exchanges and products of the same price range.
  • Exchange requests must be accompanied by a genuine reason.
  • Customers are required to initiate the exchange process within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged second time.
  • If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you may exchange it for another item. Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you return a product you didn't like, we will issue a store credit valid for 20 days. 
  • Orders placed against credit notes are considered as exchange orders, and will not be eligible for further exchange or return.

Cancel Policy 

  • If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at hello.femmesequel@gmail.com.
  • If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will refund the full amount to the card used for making the payment, if the order is under dispatching, it cannot be cancelled.
  • No request for cancellation will be entertained after 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Cancel order amount will be initiated in 5-7 days in the customer’s bank account. 
  • The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Femme Sequel and accepts Femme Sequel’s decision regarding the cancellation.
  • In case a prepaid package is not accepted by the customer and is returned to Femme Sequel by the courier company, re-delivery can be arranged upon request. However, re-delivery charges will apply depending on the location.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange :

  • Provide your order number, details of the issue, and photographic evidence if applicable.
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we'll proceed with the appropriate resolution.


Femme Sequel Unboxing Policy

To ensure a smooth and transparent experience with your orders, we kindly request the following:

  1. Unboxing Video Requirement:
  2. Whenever you receive an order, please make a complete video of the unboxing process. This video will serve as a valuable record in case there are any issues with your order, such as damaged products or incomplete items.
  3. Importance of the Video:
  4. The unboxing video will provide valid proof for us to assess any concerns you may have. It is essential for us to determine the nature of the issue and facilitate a fair resolution.

 

 

Please Note:

  • Returns and exchanges are only applicable within the specified conditions and time frames.
  • Femme Sequel reserves the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not meet our criteria.
  • We strive to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of all orders. However, during the festive season, order processing times may be impacted due to high demand. Please note that during these periods, dispatch may take up to 6-7 working days.

If your order is under dispatching or has been dispatched within the 24-hour window, we won’t be able to process the cancellation.
